Securing this work through a competitive tender process, Longs were required to construct a 5 level commercial office building that contained 50 strata office suites, 8 ground level retail tenancies, basement car parking and full landscaping. The project took approximately 14 months.

An architecturally designed home of 30 squares was constructed on this small vacant site. This beautifully finished home consisting of 3 bedrooms, vast open living spaces and a free flowing design was completed in 10 months.

An existing Wayne Gillespie residence underwent an extensive refurbishment under the design of Rob Mills (architect).
A redesign of all internal and outdoor spaces resulted in a contemporary residence with high quality internal finishes and rejuvenated landscaping and paved area.

Architecturally designed by Ashley Lochhead Architects this beach house caters for extended family accommodation. Four individual pavilions are located around central living and dining areas. Local limestone feature walls and extensive use of spotted gum decking are showcased in soft landscaped areas.

Two architecturally designed freestanding strata properties. Built over three levels these properties command spectacular views over the Coral Sea and tablelands from the outdoor areas and the infinity plunge pool in Mahi Mahi. Both have 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, swimming pools, are fully air conditioned and have extensive use of local timber and stone. Gas plumbed flares provide nighttime ambience.
A leading timber and hardware merchant, Bowens required a complete overhaul of their North Melbourne site. The 12 month project was delivered in two stages to allow for trading to continue at the site.
Stage 1 involved extending and refurnishing the sales building whilst Bowens continued trading in the existing timber warehouse. With stage 1 complete, the existing timber warehouse was demolished and construction of a new timber warehouse was undertaken.

The first Reece store built in Melbourne was raised to the ground in 2001. Long’s undertook the construction of a new showroom and warehouse with a combined footprint of approximately 2000m2.

The owners of this original 1960’s residence wanted to create architecturally designed adjacent dwellings on the site. Longs demolished the original dwelling and in its place designed and constructed two new residences with mirror floor plans, consisting of 4 bedrooms and extensive formal living areas. Basement garages and complete landscaping services completed this project.
